Welcome to ExecSavvy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ExecSavvy website (execsavvy.cyou) and our executive training services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Services Provided
ExecSavvy provides executive training programs, workshops, coaching, and related content designed to enhance leadership skills and organizational performance. Details of specific services, including pricing, duration, and curriculum, will be provided separately upon inquiry or registration.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services or contacting us.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of the ExecSavvy Service, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, methodologies, trademarks, and website content, are the exclusive property of ExecSavvy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the materials without explicit written permission from ExecSavvy.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated in the specific program or service agreement. Generally, fees for completed training sessions or accessed digital content are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ExecSavvy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ExecSavvy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
